Dr Sonali Jadhav is a Principal at AISSMS College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology since 2008.

She is a double graduate, with a Science degree in Hotel Management and a degree in Arts with a French Major.

She completed her doctoral research in HR in 2015, with the research topic “Analytical study of strategies for training and development of employees in the hotel industry for effective employee retention” 
She has also co-authored a book in French specially written for the hospitality students.

Her articles feature regularly in the various National Hospitality Magazines on subjects like employee retention, what is it the millennials want, challenges faced by the current students, women empowerment and mapping a career path in hospitality.

Currently she is the EC Member of British Business Group, Pune.
