Mr Rao has a recruiting experience of over 21 years and has placed over 800 executives in middle and senior positions in India and abroad during this period. Agora has Offices in Pune, Mumbai and Delhi. 

Ramgopal Rao is a Graduate in English Literature, University of Bombay, India.

Currently he is the Chairman of British Business Group, Pune. He is also the past President of the Association of British Scholars, Pune Chapter. 

Apart from this Mr Rao holds Membership in Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, Indo-Italian Chamber, Indo-German Chamber and Indo-American Chamber. He has also been a Rotarian (Rotary Club of Poona North) for the last 19 years.
