Mr. Ramesh Sharma
Mr. Ramesh Sharma is an Executive Director at Legasis Services Pvt. Ltd, pioneer in the field of providing Legal Support IT solutions, particularly compliance, contract and litigation management IT solutions.
He is a former Indian Police Service (IPS) officer with 35 years of distinguished service. He has worked in multiple challenging environments and acquired rich experience on issues like security, investigation, intelligence and law enforcement from grassroots, state, national to international levels.
As Director General of Economic Offenses Wing (EOW)/Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Mr. Sharma acquired expertise in the investigation of complex and high-profile cases relating to Corruption, Bribery, Fraud and other White-Collar Crimes. He specializes in risk assessment/management, fraud and compliance management issues across various industries.
Mr. Sharma acquired a degree in Public Administration from the prestigious Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA), Paris that is responsible for the training of crème de la crème of the French Bureaucracy.
He has co-authored a book on ‘Combating Corruption in India’, which is due to be published shortly by the Cambridge University Press.
Currently he is the EC Member of British Business Group, Pune.
